Since our foundation, Forrit has been passionate about fostering talent, and creating an environment where employees thrive. Our Graduate Apprenticeship Programme launched in 2017, and has supported 20 apprentices, with 14 graduates and the rest completing in 2025/26. In partnership with Edinburgh Napier University, apprentices work towards a BSc (Hons) in Software Development or Cyber Security, blending academic study with hands-on experience — contributing to real projects from day one.
